I’m not much of a sports guy… but this. This is my Super Bowl, and it’s game time, baby.
For years I’ve been perfecting my Thanksgiving dishes, from the turkey to the cranberry sauce, and maybe this menu will continue to evolve, but every recipe is so delicious and sure to please any crowd. Everything on this menu also happens to be free of gluten, grain and dairy because of some food sensitivities in our family, but nothing is compromised on flavor (if you scroll all the way to the bottom, I’ve also added some of my favorite Thanksgiving recipes that are not grain & dairy free for those without those sensitivities).
Cooking Schedule (Free, Downloadable Printable)
To make things easy to follow along, here’s a free downloadable printable with a detailed schedule of instructions for cooking this entire menu. It’s designed for use of one oven, and I start several days in advance so I’m cool as a cucumber day of.
Here are all of the recipes I’ll be referencing, starting with the turkey!
Perfectly Roasted Thanksgiving Turkey
Everyone knows the importance of the turkey on Thanksgiving, and we also know it takes more than gravy to fix a dry, flavorless turkey. I share all the tips and techniques that will help you roast and carve a perfect, tender, and juicy turkey for Thanksgiving.
Of course, maybe Thanksgiving this year will be a little more low key for you. If that’s the case, I also have a one-plate Thanksgiving dinner that is the full experience, can be prepped and executed in about 2-3 hours.
A Low-Key Thanksgiving Dinner for Four
This post originated a couple of years back when we were all couped up and avoiding large gatherings, but I stand by it! If you’re looking to simplify Thanksgiving this year or are cooking for a group of 4, this low-key Thanksgiving dinner is perfect for you! Still so delicious, and also happens to be gluten, grain, and dairy free.
Other Thanksgiving Recipes That Are NOT Grain & Dairy Free
If there are no food sensitivities present, these recipes are phenomenal and worth a try! The cornbread stuffing, especially, is one of my best recipes of all time.
Arugula & Prosciutto Salad with Apple Cider Vinaigrette
Pumpkin Cheesecake
Savory Cornbread & Sausage Dressing (Stuffing)
Asparagus Casserole
